How is seating?
Seating is general admission (first come first served) unless noted otherwise. There are no assigned seats. VIP receives early entry and can choose the closest seating prior to the masses entering the facility. VIP gets first choice, not a section.
Are children allowed?
Yes, all events are positive and inspirational.
Do children have to pay?
Yes, children 5 and up must pay. 4 years old and under are free but must sit in lap due to seating capacity. Each seat is an occupant and therefore there is a fee per seat.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are nonrefundable but can be given away or sold at consumers discretion. This is normative for most ticketed events via ticketmaster/live nation. Each tour is self funded and therefore, each ticket is immediately sent off to cover expenses.
What are the ticket fees?
Ticket fees cover the credit card fees that are taken from each purchase while a very small portion goes towards the maintenance of the site along with convenience for the service.
Are tickets available at the door?
Yes, unless they are shown as sold out online. If tickets are sold out online all tickets are sold out and unavailable at the door.
